摘要
建立参龙补肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷的高效液相测定方法。色谱柱为Hypersil C18 ODS，流动相为甲醇-水（54：46），流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为270nm。淫羊藿苷线性范围为0．38—3．07μg，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．8％，RSD=0．7％。方法简便，准确可靠，适用于该制剂的质量控制。
A RP - HPLC method was established for determination of Icariine in Shenlong Bushen Capsules. A Hypersil C18 ODS column was used with methanol and water （54： 46） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL · min^ - 1 The detection wavelength was at 270nm. The calibration range was 0. 38 - 3.07 μg, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 97.8% and RSD% was 0. 7%. The method is simple, reliable and accurate. It could be used for the quality control of the preparation .
