摘要
以民办为主,民办公助的方式进行的农村文化中心户的建设,取代了几十年单一的,始终不能顺利建成并坚持正常运转的“公”办乡镇文化图书室,这无疑是一次成功的尝试。笔者对这一现象作了探索和思考。
Building a center household of rural culture which run by local people and supported by government, instead of the single state - owned township library which couldn ＇ t be built up smoothly and constantly work well for decades, is a successful practice. The writer himself has experienced the establishment and is able to make some exploration and give some thoughts over this phenomenon.
