摘要
采用氧化铁催化氯苄与甲苯的Friedel-Crafts反应生成一苄基甲苯(MBT)和二苄基甲苯(DBT),当甲苯与氯苄的摩尔比为61,催化剂用量为每摩尔氯苄1.5克及100℃下反应6小时时,产品收率达95%.得到的MBT和DBT热稳定性好,操作温度范围广,无腐蚀性和怪味。
Monobenzyltoluene(MBT) and dibenzyltoluene(DBT) were prepared from benzylchloride and toluene via Friedel Crafts Reaction,by the catalysis of ferric oxide.The yield is 95%,when the mole ratio of toluene to benzylchloride is 6∶1,the quantity of the catalyst used is 1.5 gram per mole benzylchloide and the reaction time is 6 hours at 100 ℃. The obtained MBT and DBT have good heat stabilities,broad range of operating temperature and neither corrosion behaviors nor odors.They are fine heat conducting oil with good comprehensive properties.
