摘要
利用四氢呋喃溶解纳米胶囊囊皮,采用高效液相色谱法,使用Kromasil C18柱,甲醇-水-三乙胺为流动相,用外标法对阿维菌素水悬纳米胶囊剂进行定量分析,方法的变异系数为2.4%,线性相关系数为0.9982,回收率为100.17%。
When abamectin-nanocapsules were dissolved by a small quantity of tetrahydrofuran, Quantitative analysis of the abamectin-nanocapsules SC formulation was conducted using high performance liquid chromatography with a octadecylsilyl silica gel column, methol/water/triethylamine as the mobile phase, and an external standard. Coefficient of variation was 2.4%, linear regression coefficient was 0.9982 and recovery was 100.17%.
