一种基于动态批量的非平稳需求库存管理方法 被引量:12

摘要 非平稳需求的库存管理问题是运作管理的一个难题,对此提出了一个订购提前期可以任意固定的非平稳需求库存管理模型。在一定长度的计划期上,每个时间段上的动态订购点和订购批量可以通过求解该模型确定。考虑到需求的非平稳特征,采用滚动计划的方法,并设定计划将其冻结为1,以更好地跟踪需求的变化;然后通过计划的滚动,实现需求分布的更新和计划期上各时间段订购点与订购批量的更新。实证分析结果证明了所提出模型与方法的可行性与优越性。 Inventory control for nonstationary demand was difficult for operational management. A new inventory model for nonstationary demand with any constant lead time was established. For a given planning horizon, by solving the model, the dynamic replenishment periods and order--up--to--levels could be determined. Considering the characteristics of nonstationary demand, rolling horizon method was used to trace the demand evolution, and the im- plementation decision was restricted to 1 period. By rolling the planning horizon to the next period, the demand distribution was updated, and optimal replenishment periods and order--up--to--levels for the new planning horizon could be determined. Computational results verified the superiority of the proposed method.
