摘要
运用产业组织相关理论、集中度系数、赫芬达尔—赫希曼指数、洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数分析了我国农机工业集中度现状。通过与国外行业的对比,得出我国农机工业集中度较低且产业较分散的结论。为此,结合影响集中度的因素,从鼓励企业兼并重组和产业优化升级的两个角度出发,提出了提高我国农机工业集中度的措施,指出在未来一段时间内我国农机工业的集中度有不断提高的趋势。
Based on the theory of Industry Organization, the paper uses the Concentrative Ratio, Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, Lorenz Curve and Gini Coefficient to analyze AMM＇s concentrative degree. Comparing with foreign industry, it is believe that the concentrative degree is too low to make against AMM＇s development in China. Based on the factors which influence the concentrative degree, this paper also offers two measures, which are encouraging the enterprises to realize annexation and recombination and to optimize and upgrade the industry. It also puts forward the measures to improve AMM＇s concentrative degree in China. And it＇s believed that the concentrative degree of AMM in China will increase in the future.
