侯氏黑散对MCAO大鼠大脑皮质TGF-β_1 bFGF蛋白表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察侯氏黑散对MCAO(大脑中动脉闭塞模型)大鼠大脑皮质TGF-β1、bFGF蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用线栓法复制大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型,利用免疫组化方法观察大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型皮质TGF-β1、bFGF蛋白表达的变化,通过给大鼠连续14天灌胃侯氏黑散13g.kg-1.d-1,观察其对TGF-β1、bFGF蛋白表达的影响。结果:侯氏黑散以促进TGF-β1阳性蛋白的表达,与模型组比较具有显著意义;侯氏黑散可以促进bFGF蛋白的表达,但与模型组相比,没有统计学的意义。结论:侯氏黑散治疗中风的机理可能是通过促进TGF-β1蛋白的表达,保护和修复缺血性脑损伤。 Objective: To observe the effects of Houshihei San on cerebral focal TGF - β1 ,bFGF of MCAO model in the rat. Methods: MCAO model was replicated by string ligation and the change of TGF - β1 , bFGF protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical ABC method . We observed the effects of Houshihei San on cerebral focal TGF-β1 ,bFGF protein expression after 14 days treatment (13g · kg^-1· d^-1). Result: In comparison with model group, Houshihei San can accerlate the TGF -β1 protein expression with statistical meaning and improve the bFGF protein expression without statistical meaning. Conclusion : The mechanism of Houshihei San treating stroke maybe is that it can accerlate the TGF -β1 protein expression in order to protect and repair the ischemia injury.
