摘要
规范精神科护士对精神分裂症患者实施知情同意的告知程序。结合精神专科特点,参考有关文献,征得精神科医疗护理专家的意见并审定,确立了分阶段告知的程序。采用的告知方式有口头告知、书面告知、健康教育、咨询与答疑、个体化讨论与指导。多样化的告知方式增加了告知力度,彰显了人文关怀。分段告知程序显示了科学性与可操作性,对精神科护士履行告知义务具有指导性、实用性及可推广性。
It is important to standardize nurses＇ practice of the informed consent procedure on patients with schizophrenia. We have consulted some relative reference documents and psychiatric medical and nursing experts. Then on the basis of the characteristics of this specialty as well as the work done, we have established phase - divided informing procedure. The ways of the informing procedure can be in oral or written form, through health education, consultation, or individual discussion and direction. The variety of the informing ways enforces the effect of informing and manifests the spirit of humanistic concern. The phase- divided informing procedure is scientific and operative. It is directive, practical and propagable for the nurses to carry out their duties.
