摘要
本文就21例资料完整别嘌呤醇药疹患者的临床表现，治疗及预后进行阐述。该药疹具有潜伏期长；皮疹反应及全身症状重，内脏受累多见，病程长，易反复，死亡率高等特点。早期诊断，合理使用激素对控制病情是十分重要的措施。
The clinical feature, therapeutic effect and prognosis of drug eruptions caused by allopurinol in 21 patients were describe The drug eruptions duo to allop-urinol were characteriged by the longer incubation period,serlous patterns of skin eruptions and constitutionai symptoms,higher internal organ involving, lasting and fluetuated course and high death rate. Early diagnosis and reasonable treatment with corticosteriod are emphasiged.
