摘要
在室内可控环境下对黄颡鱼进行了不同饥饿处理,然后再恢复投喂,通过分析黄颡鱼肌肉成分的变化,研究了饥饿对黄颡鱼肌肉成分的影响。饥饿和再投喂后对黄颡鱼肌肉成分的变化有明显影响。饥饿使鱼肌肉灰分含量增加,脂肪含量下降,水分、蛋白质含量变化较小;恢复投喂后又恢复到对照组水平,其中5,10 d处理组蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。饥饿和再投喂对黄颡鱼肌肉中氨基酸含量无明显影响,而对脂肪酸含量的影响比较复杂。长期饥饿(>12 d)可导致黄颡鱼营养供给不足,代谢水平下降,因此在养殖生产中应合理投喂,避免长期饥饿。
By studying changes of muscle composition, effects of different starvation and recovery feeding treatments under controllable indoor environments on muscle compositions of yellow catfish were studied. Starvation and recovery feeding significantly affected muscle composition of yellow catfish. Starvation decreased muscle lipid contents but increased its ash content. Changes of water and protein are not significant. After recovery feeding, biochemical composition enhanced to the level of control group. Protein content of 5 d and 10 d group is higher significantly than that of control group. There is no significant difference in amino acids. But starvation and recovery feeding affected fatty acids in a complicated way. It followed that yellow catfish should be rationally fed and long-time starvation should be avoided ( 〈 12 days).
