深冷处理参数对点焊Cu-Cr-Zr合金电极的耐磨性能影响 被引量:4

Effect of Deep Cryogenic Treatment on Wear Resistance of Cr-Zr-Cu Alloy for Electrode of Spot Welding

摘要 为了更加深入了解深冷工艺对Cu-Cr-Zr合金耐磨性的影响。本工作通过改变深冷处理时间和深冷处理温度来探讨Cu-Cr-Zr合金电极的耐磨性随深冷处理时间和深冷处理温度的变化规律。研究发现这两个参数对于合金的耐磨性的影响都是非常明显的。当深冷温度达到-150℃耐磨性达到峰值。而保温时间表现为大于2h以后合金的耐磨性随着时间增加基本趋于稳定的特点。 For discovering the effect of deep cryogenic process to wear resistance of Cr-Zr-Cu alloy, the change of wear resistance of Cr-Zr-Cu alloy to time and temperature of deep cryogenic were investigated through changing the time and temperature of deep cryogenic, the result showed that effect of the two parameters was obvious. The wear resistance of this alloy ascent to a peak value, when temperature fall to -150℃. When warming timeis larger than 2h, the wear resistance of this alloy become approximately invariability.
