高血压病患者脉搏波速度与动态脉压的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨高血压病患者脉搏波速度与动态脉压的相关性。方法根据24h平均脉压水平将224例高血压病患者分为3组,对其进行脉搏波速度检测。结果颈-股动脉脉搏波速度(CFPWV)随24h平均脉压升高而升高,颈-桡动脉脉搏波速度(CRPWV)组间差异无统计学意义。CFPWV与诊室脉压(r=0.251,P<0.001)、白昼脉压(r=0.341,P<0.001)、夜间脉压(r=0.301,P<0.001)及24h平均脉压(r=0.338,P<0.001)均呈显著正相关,CRPWV与脉压无显著的相关关系。结论高血压病患者CFPWV与动态脉压密切相关。 Objective To explore the association between pulse wave velocity and ambulatory pulse pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 224 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled and divided into 3 groups based on the levels of 24 h mean pulse pressure. Carotid-femoral PWV (CFPWV) and carotid-radial PWV (CRPWV) were measured by automatic pulse wave velocity measuring system. Results CFPWV increased with 24 h mean pulse pressure( P 〈 0. 001 ), whereas CRPWV did not change significantly. CFPWV was positively and significantly correlated with clinic pulse pressure ( r = 0. 251, P 〈 0. 001 ), daytime pulse pressure( r =0.341, P 〈 0.001 ) , nighttime pulse pressure( r = 0.301, P 〈 0.001 ) and 24 h mean pulse pressure( r = 0. 338, P 〈 0.001 ). Such relationships were not found with CRPWV. Conclusion CFPWV but not CRPWV closely correlate with ambulatory pulse pressure.
