摘要
用超滤膜处理盐湖卤水,去除卤水中的有机质。试验了不同切割相对分子质量的超滤膜在运行过程中的水质水量衰减状况以及洗涤时间、洗涤水用量。由试验结果可以看出,切割相对分子质量为1 000的1#和2#膜有机物去除率较好,1#膜过滤原始卤水时无机离子损失量很小。经过二级膜处理后的卤水质量有一个极大提高,有机物的去除率达95%。
The ultrafiltration membrance is used for treating saline lake brine to remove organic matter. Experiments have been done for ultrafiltration membrance with different molecular weight cut -off( mwco) in the running process to test the deamplification status of water quality and quantity as well as washing time and washing water's consumption. From the test results,the removing rate of organic matter at the membrance 1^# and 2^# ,whose mwco is 1 000,is high. Very small amounts of inorganic ion were lost when membrance 1 ^# fdtrated the crude brine. After treated by the second membrance, the quality of brine was enhanced extremely and the removing rate of organic matter reached 95%.
