摘要
从历史理性的角度审视,宪政与现代政治文明有着密切的发生学关联,它是现代政治文明的坚实基础和核心灵魂。离开宪政,现代政治文明就丧失其基本的依托平台,并失去其生命与价值。同时,宪政又是现代政治文明发展的理性选择,两者之间具有历史与逻辑的内在契合性。在现代社会,宪政是通向政治文明的必由之路。
In the view of historical reason, there is a close and inherent connection between constitutionalism and modern political civilization, and the constitutionalism is the solid basis and the core soul of modern political civilization. Without it , the modem political civilization will lose its basic flat ,energy and life. At the same time, constitutionalism is the rational choice of the development of the modern political civilization, and it corresponds to the modern political civilization between history and logic. In the modern society, the constitutionalism is the certain way to the political civilization.
