摘要
新型化学灌浆技术在三峡工程中的应用主要包括:断层带处理采用CW环氧灌浆;对水泥灌浆不能满足防渗要求的裂隙密集带、断层带及强风化带的帷幕采用丙烯酸盐化学灌浆;对混凝土表面裂缝和结构层面缝采用CW、LPL、EAA等环氧浆材进行灌浆处理。三峡工程的化学灌浆取得了良好效果,其成功经验可供今后其他工程借鉴。
New chemical grouting technology was used in the Three Gorges Project, mainly including the adoption of CW epoxy grouting to treat the fault zone; the use of chemical grouting with acrylate to treat curtain in fractured intensive zone, fault zone and strong weathering zone in which cement grouting can't meet the need of seepage control; the use of epoxy slurry to treat the cracks of concrete surface and the structure interface joints, such as CW, LPL, EAA and so on. The chemical grouting in the Three Gorges Project obtains agood effect; which can use for reference in other projects.
