摘要
考察了废旧塑料生产汽油柴油的工厂及生产情况，结合几年的试验开发，设计了一套以中小城市废弃塑料为原料，采用溶剂预热熔化，管式炉加热，自动循环排渣裂解炉，采用自制高效催化剂，生产汽油、柴油新工艺．生产线造价１６．５万元／套，年处理１５０ｔ废塑料，年产１００ｔ汽、柴油，年利税１５万元．
The gasoline and diesel refining factory and its processing form waste plastics were surveied. A new set of process refining gasoline and diesel with waste plastics from mid small cities were designed. Solvent preheating meting, line furnace heating, auto circulating removing slag splitting furnace and catalyst made myself were used. One set of processing line キ costs 165 thousand yuan, which could # treat 150t waste plastics in one year. 100 t gasline and diesel or profit and tax of 150 thousand yuan could be obtained per year through the process. The small town and township enterprises in suburbs are fit for this project.
