摘要
催化氧化使木薯淀粉的氧化降解时间大幅减少,羧基和羰基含量大幅增加.用高效凝胶渗透色谱与多角度激光光散射仪联用技术分析氧化淀粉的结果表明,催化氧化淀粉CY-0.5的分子量分布比无催化氧化淀粉WC-2和WC-8的窄,且分布均匀.由催化氧化淀粉制得的淀粉胶粘剂具有固含量高、干燥速度快和粘接强度大的特点.最佳制备条件为催化剂用量0.5%,次氯酸钠用量(有效氯)1.3%-1.6%,氧化时间30 min,氢氧化钠用量12%,硼砂用量2%,固含量25%-30%.
The catalytic oxidation of cassawa starch can reduce gready oxidation time, and increase the contents of carboxyl and carbonyl groups in the starch. High performance gel permeation chromatograph-multiple angle laser light scattering (HPGPC-MALLS) has been used to analyze the molecular weight distribution of oxidized starches. The results show that the molecular distribution of the oxidized starches with the catalyst is narrower and well-proportioned than those of the oxidized starches without the catalyst. Adhesives prepared by the catalytic oxidized starch have the characteristics of high solid content, fast drying speed, large adhesive strength. The optimum conditions for the preparation are 0.5% catalyst, 1.3 to 1.62 % NaCIO, 30 min oxidation time, 12% NaOH, 2% Na2B4O7 · 10H2O, and 25 to 30% solid content.
