摘要
河北体操队经历了起步、替代、鼎盛、下滑、起伏、回升的发展过程。河北省应当恢复和办好业余体校、建立省级体操学校,努力提高教练员的业务水平,改进竞赛办法,转变竞赛体制,以使河北省成为体操大省强省。
Hebei gymnastics experiences the durations such as starting, substituting, falling, awkward, recovering periods. It is suggested that spare time gymnastics schools should be reestablished. And the coaches should be bettered. What＇ s more, the system of competition should be more perfect so that Hebei can maintain its top place in gymnastics of China.
