摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症发生的原因及预防处理。方法 回顾分析我院2002年3月～2005年11月行LC的1868例病人的临床资料，对术中、术后并发症的发生原因进行分析。结果 发生并发症21例，发生率为1.12％。结论 胆管损伤、胆漏和胆总管残余结石，腹腔出血是LC的主要并发症，绝大多数并发症是能够预防和治愈。
Objective To study the causes and management of complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods From Marth 2002 to September 2005, the clinical data of 1868 paticents undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were reviewed respectively. The causes of complications during or after operation were analyzed. Results 110 out of 1868 （ 1.12% ） patieuts had various complications after operation. Conclusion The major complications of laproscopic cholecystectomy included imjury of common bile duct biliary fistula and residual commou bile duet stones were the main complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, most of complications could be cured and prevented.
