摘要
简要分析了低温肉制品的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了低温肉制品产业结构和食品安全等方面的发展趋势。
In this article, the status and main problems existed in the low- temperature meat products in China were introduced. The developmental tendencies of the industry structure and food safety of the low- temperature meat products were put forward.
