摘要
通过对皮革行业现状的分析,首次将真空机制引入皮革转鼓的设计,并根据皮革湿加工的工作原理以及真空条件下的湿加工过程的反应特点,对此设备的结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,这种新型的转鼓具有生产效率高,能源消耗少,使用范围广等优点。
This paper analyzed the present situation of leather industry and introduced the vacuum mechanism to the design of leather drum first time. Futhermore,according to the principle of leather wet processing and the response characteristic of wet processing under the condition of vacuum, we carried on the optimized design for the drum structure. The result showed that the new leather drum had the advantages of high production efficiency,less energy consumption ,and wide usage and so on.
