茶油、玉米油和鱼油对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:36

INFLUENCES OF FEEDING TEASEED OIL,CORN OIL AND FISH OIL ON IMMUNE STATUS IN MICE

摘要 研究了富含不同种类不饱和脂肪酸的三种不饱和油脂─茶油、玉米油、鱼油对小鼠免疫功能及小鼠体内脂质过氧化作用的影响。小鼠分别饲以含茶油(A组)、玉米油(B组)、鱼油(C组)的饲料30天。结果表明:A、B、C三组动物自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性依次降低,其差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);A组小鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量明显高于C组(P<0.05);A、B两组小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)强度明显高于C组(P<0.01);B组小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞活性最高)A组次之,C组活性最低,与A、B两组均有显著性差异(P<0.05),三种不饱和油脂对小鼠体内脂质过氧化作用亦有不同影响,C组小鼠血清和组织脂质过氧化物含量均明显高于其他两组,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。研究结果表明:三种不饱和油脂对小鼠免疫功能的影响明显不同,尤其是富含n-3不饱和脂肪酸的鱼油可能具有免疫抑制作用,其机制可能与免疫细胞膜磷脂中脂肪酸组成改变及脂质过氧化作用有关。 The effects of dietary fats rich in various types of unsaturated fatty acids on immune status and lipid peroxidation in mice were examined. 96 NIH male mice were fed diets containing 10%teaseed oil (group A), 10% corn oil (group B) or 10% fish oil (group C)for 30 days, respectively. The results showed that splenic natural killer cell activity in group A was the highest, and group C had the lowest activity (P<0. 01). Serum tumor necrosis factor levels were significantly higher in group than in group C (P<0.05),The delayed type hypersenitivity response in group C was significantly lower than group A,B(P<0.01). The peritoneal macrophage phagocytic activity was also depressed in group C, compared with group A,B (P<0.05). The results also showed that serum and tissue lipid peroxide level were significantly higher in group C than in group A,B(P<0.05). our data suggested that the possible immunosuppressive effect of fish oil diet might be related to n-3polyunsaturated fatty acids and lipid peroxidation in mice.
