摘要
目的:建立以衍生化结合一阶导数光谱法测定胃炎合剂中硫酸庆大霉素衍生物含量的方法。方法:采用Hantzsh反应使庆大霉素形成二氢吡啶衍生物,以醋酸-醋酸钠为缓冲液(pH3.6),于346nm波长处以一阶导数光谱法进行测定。结果:硫酸庆大霉素检测浓度在5.475～32.85μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.55%)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于本品质量控制,并适用于医院制剂的快速检验。
OBJECTIVE： To determine gentamicin sulfate in gastritis mistura by derivatization and first- derivative spectrometry. METHODS： Fluazifop ramification was derived from gentamicin using Hantzsh reaction. The content of gentamicin sulfate was determined by first - derivative spectrometry with acetic acid - sodium acetate （pH3.6） as buffer solution at a wavelength of 346mn, RESULTS： The linear range of gentamicin sulfate was 5.475--32.85μg·mL^-1（r =- 0.999 2） . The average recovery was 99.6% （RSD = 1.55% ）, CONCLUSION： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control and determination of gentamicin sulfate.
