摘要
目的分析手足口病爆发原因,探讨有效的预防措施,为今后手足口病的预防与控制提供经验。方法采用爆发调查和个案调查相结合的方法。结果医疗、托幼机构及儿童家长对此类非法定报告传染病的不重视是造成疫情蔓延的主要原因。结论有关单位应加强对此类传染病的报告及日常管理工作,疾病预防机构也应加大对此病的监测和防控宣传力度。
Objective To investigate the cause of HFMD outbreak, and to find effective measures to control its spreading. Methods Epidemiologieal outbreak and case survey. Results The cause is the neglect of some medical hospital, kindergarten and children＇s parents to the disease. Conclusion Enough attention and daily ad- ministration to HFMD is very important. The anti-disease station should strengthen the monitoring on HFMD and public health education .
