摘要
分析了中国制造业企业的质量管理现状,结合权变理论,提出了质量管理体系的基本设计框架。通过具体阐述框架内容以及质量文化与质量管理体系的重要关系,说明如何设计和调整质量管理体系,以获得合理的质量管理模式和积极的质量文化。
After analyzing the current quality management status of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, this article presents a framework from which decisions for designing a quality system can be deduced contingently. Combined with the explanation of important relationship between quality culture and quality system, the paper illustrates how to design and adjust the quality system to obtain a rational quality mode and positive quality culture.
