等离子体电磁处理对高油大豆中作983性状的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用交变梯度电磁场等离子体处理高油大豆中作983种子,检测处理当代发芽、出苗、开花、根系体积、叶面积、光合效率、产量性状,结果如下:(1)种子发芽率、发芽势、初苗期、出苗期变化不明显,与对照相近;(2)出苗率均有所提高,0.8A处理组最为显著;(3)初花期提前,开花期延长;(4)6片叶时根系总体积增加,光合强度及CO2同化量下降;(5)盛花期叶片长度及宽度增加;(6)成熟后的茎粗、株高、分枝数、成荚数、瘪荚数、株粒数、单株粒重、千粒重等性状均有变化。研究表明合适的处理剂量对高油大豆具有增产效果。 This paper focuses on the research of the character effect of high oil soybean seed dealt with plasma electromagnetic field. 983 soybean seeds were dealt with the alternative electromagnetic field of plasma, and their characteristics including the seed germination ratio, germinability, florescence, volume of root system, leaf area, photosynthetic efficiency and yield, were tested. The results were shown as follows: Compared with the control group, (1) the germination ratio, germinability, first time of seedlings and seedlings period of treated groups were similar to each other; (2) the seed germination ratio of the groups treated with plasma was increased, among which 0.8A group was profoundly improved most; (3) the first time of florescence was ahead of schedule, and the anthesis was prolonged; (4) the volume of root system was enlarged, while the photosynthetic intensity and CO2 assimilation were decreased at the six-leave stage; (5) the length and width of leaves were increased at the blooming stage; (6) the characteristics of stem diameter, stem length, number of branches, mature legumes, unfruitful legumes, seed number of individual, seed weight of individual, and weight of thousand seeds were changed respectively. In conclusion, dealt with proper dosage of plasma electromagnetic field, the yield of high oil soybean was increased.
