摘要
以耐高温性能良好的端羧基丁腈橡胶改性双马来酰亚胺树脂为基体材料,对端羧基丁腈橡胶改性双马来酰亚胺树脂泡沫体的成型工艺和成型原理进行了系统而深入的研究,研究了发泡剂的用量对泡沫体性能的影响,确定了改性BMI树脂的发泡配方及其发泡体系的工艺参数,并成功开发出了一种泡孔均匀、尺寸稳定性好的纤维增强硬质泡沫材料。该材料具有密度低(d≤400kg/m3);压缩强度高(≥6MPa);吸水率≤1.5%;6MPa压力下24h全方位压缩变形≤3%;能现场发泡施工,可按任意形状成型等优点。研究成功的高强泡沫材料使用领域十分广泛。
Based on CTBN modified BMI resin, studies on the process and theory of fiber reinforced modified BMI foam were conducted deeply. Effects of foaming agent on the properties of modified foam were measured, also the foaming formulation and processing parameters were determined. As a result, a new kind of fiber reinforced foam with high strength and nice directional stability was achieved. It has low density, less than 400 kg/m^3, high strength (≥6 MPa), satisfied water absorption (≤1.5%) and low deformation (43%) when compressed in all directions about 24 hours. Except above, it was easy to operate, and suited for any complex structures. It can be used widely.
