摘要
在整个民国时期,新疆先后处于杨增新、金树仁、盛世才以及国民党政府统治之下。在这一段时期内,历任统治者均在新疆推行了屯垦政策,只是由于受到各种因素的影响,其结果也各不相同。
In the whole period of the Republic of China, Xinjiang was governed by Yang Zengxin,Jin Shuren, Sheng Shicai and the KMT government. In this period the various governing rulers carried out the reclamation policy respectively. Because of different influences, the results were not the same for each of them.
