摘要
宁波位于我国东部沿海,是中小型民营企业的重要发展地区,民营企业在这里取得了极大的成功。但宁波地区的中小型民营企业在发展过程中,在财务管理方面出现了很多问题,这些问题已经严重地影响到了企业的进一步发展。本文就当前宁波地区中小型民营企业财务管理方面普遍存在的缺陷提出了一些建设性的对策。
Ningbo, situated in the coastal region of East China, is an area where the small and medium private enterprises see their great development and success. However, they suffer many problems in the financial management in the process of their growth, which has seriously hindered their development. The paper puts forward some constructive countermeasures to tackle the problems.
