摘要 论述了图书馆隐性知识的内容及图书馆隐性知识的流动与转化,提出了图书馆隐性知识共享模式及保障措施。 This article discusses the content, flow and conversion of tacit knowledge in the library, and puts forward the pattern of tacit knowledge sharing in the library as well as its guarantee measures.
