摘要
信息资源建设是现代图书馆建设的重要组成部分。本文研究在网络环境下如何进行科学、有效、安全、快速的信息资源建设,网络环境对现代图书馆信息资源建设的影响及解决措施等问题,探索网络环境下文献信息资源的二次开发、利用、共享的特征和规律。
Information resources construction is an important part of modern library construction. This paper studies how to carry out information resources construction scientifically, effectively, safely and rapidly in the network environment, and the influence of network environment on modern library information resources construction and its solutions. The paper also explores the characteristics and laws of secondary development, utilization and share of documentary information resources in the network environment.
