摘要
目的：观察自拟香砂左金汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效：方法：选择符合诊断标准的患者80例，随机分为两组。治疗组42例，给予口服香砂左金汤；对照组38例，口服雷尼替丁、丽珠得乐治疗，观察并比较治疗前后临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈34例，好转6例，无效2例，总有效率95．2％（95％CI=83．8％～99．4％）；对照组治愈25例，好转5例，无效8例，总有效率78．9％（95％CI=62．7％～90．4％）。两组综合疗效比较，未达显著性差异（u=1．3585，P=0．1744）。结论：香砂左金汤治疗消化性溃疡疗效与雷尼替丁、丽珠得乐相当，其收益0R=0.19（95％CI=0．04～0．95），NNT=6（95％CI=3．25～56．18）；提示有必要加大病例深入研究。
Objective： To observe the effect of Xiangsha Zuojin Decoction（XZD） on peptic ulcer. Methods： Eighty cases of peptic ulcer were selected and divided randomly into two groups. Forty-two cases in the treatment group were treated with oral XZD, thirty-eight cases in the control group were treated with oral ranitidine and Lizhu Dele （丽珠得乐）. The clinical effect were observed. Result： In the treatment group, 34 cases were cured, 6 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 92. 5 %. In the control group, 25 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 78. 9%. The difference between the two groups was no significant （u = 1. 358 5, P = 0. 174 4）. Conclusion： The effect of XZD on peptic ulcer was equal with ranidine and Lizhu Dele.
