摘要
通过水热处理合成了稀土氟化物(LaF3、PrF3、NdF3、SmF3)纳米粒子和稀土氢氧化物(Pr(OH)3)纳米棒,并对产物进行了透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)表征.讨论了水热反应温度、溶液pH值和氟与稀土镧元素的摩尔比对LaF3纳米粒子粒径的影响.结果表明,稀土氟化物纳米粒子具有球形或类球形的形貌,平均粒径为35~39nm.水热合成的氢氧化镨为典型的纳米棒形貌,具有均匀的直径,平均直径为24nm,平均长度为130nm.水热合成的稀土化合物纳米材料具有较高的结晶度和纯度.
LaF3, PrF3, NdF3 and SmF3 nanoparticles and Pr(OH)3 nanorods were synthesized by hydrothermal method, and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA). The effects of hydrothermal temperature, solution pH and mole ratio of F to La on the size of LaF3 nanoparticles were discussed. TEM images showed that LaF3, PrF3, NdF3 and SmF3 nanoparticles were spherical or spherical-like with mean diameter of about 35-39 nm. Pr(OH)3 prepared by hydrothermal process were typical nanorods. The nanorods were uniform in diameter and different in length. Their mean diameter was 24 nm and mean length was 130 nm. The rare earth nanoparticles and nanorodes prepared by hydrothermal method had high crystallinity and purity.
