摘要
采用普查方法对威海市社区卫生服务现状进行调查。结果显示:威海市社区卫生服务人员学历、职称偏低,社区卫生服务人员工作满意度较低。建议继续加强社区卫生人才队伍建设,导入柔性管理理论,吸引、留住优秀医务人员。
Census method was used in the investigation of community health service in Weihai. The results showed that the diploma and titlewere low, the satisfaction degree was low. It is suggested that measures should be taken to train more professional, and in order to attract excellent professional, the theory of flexible management could be introduced into management of community health service.
