摘要
器官移植不仅仅是医疗技术的操作,更需要关心移植病患双方及其家属的身、心以及家庭、社会的需求。社会工作作为医疗团队中的一员,不仅认识到器官移植对病人及其家属、移植医学以及社会风气的积极意义与消极限制,更加注重围绕移植手术的不同阶段为病患及其家属开展心理及社会评估、个案与家庭辅导、资源整合以及社会支持等服务。
As an important member of organ transplantation system, social work should not only be aware of active and negative roles of organ transplantation, but also provide both mental and social services around the different stages of organ transplantation, including mental and social assessment, guidance for the client and his family members, resource integration and social support.
