摘要
[目的]探讨住院森田疗法并药物治疗忧郁症的治疗效果。[方法]39例接受住院森田治疗合并药物治疗的病人组成森田组与39例未接受系统心理治疗的病人组成对照组,运用SDSHAMD量表评定治疗前后的效果。[结果]森田治疗组治疗前后SDSHAMD量表分均下降(P﹤0.05)。[结论]住院森田疗法并药物治疗优于单用药物治疗的效果。
[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Morita＇s therapy in hospital combined with drug treatment for depression patients. [ Methods] Treatment group in which 39 patients accepted Morita＇s therapy and drug treatment, and control group in which 39 patients didn＇t accept psychotherapy were evaluated the prior treatment and post-treatment therapeutic efficacy with SDS HAMD measuring scale. [ Result] The scores of the treatment group decreased both in the prior treatment and post-treatment （P 〈 0.05） . [Conclusion] The therapeutic efficacy of Morita＇s therapy in hospital combined with drug treatment is better than simple drug treatment.
