摘要
研究蓝茎冰草(Pascopyrum smithii)种子在自然和人工老化过程中生理生化变化。结果表明:在自然和人工老化过程中,发芽率和活力指数下降,活力指数的变化先于发芽率,是反映种子质量的敏感指标;蓝茎冰草种子电导率与种子生活力及活力正相关;氨基酸泄漏与种子中游离氨基酸含量正相关,不反映种子膜的透性;蓝茎冰草种子中可溶性蛋白质含量随着人工老化而上升。
A study on deterioration in Rosana western wheatgrass seed was condncted to analyze some of the physiological and biochemical changes produced under natural and accelerated ageing conditions. The germination rate, vigor index decreased as seed ageing. Vigor index changes significantly earlier than germination rate, Vigor index provided more sensitive parameters in assessing seed quality of Rosana western wheatgrass seed. The correlation studies revealed that electrical conductivity was found to bepositively and significantly correlated with viability and vigor of seeds. Leaching of amino acid was positively related to amino acid content of dry seeds. No relationship between leaching of amino acid and the permeability of membranes during accelerated aging was established. Soluble protein contents in Rosana western wheatgrass increased with seed aging.
