摘要
由于双金属材料中两层复合组织结构的非均质性,对其零件成形过程进行有限元模拟是一个比较复杂的过程,其中最关键的一点就是材料模型问题。本文在经典的复合材料层合板理论的基础上对双金属复合材料的本构关系进行了推导计算,根据材料具体的加工工艺,在有限元软件MSCMarc中,建立了等效层合板模型,可以较准确地描述双金属材料结构的真实情况。
It is a very complicated process to simulate the forming process of bimetal parts, because of its heterogeneous structure. The key problem of the simulation is the selection of material model. The constitutive relations of bimetal materials are deduced and calculated by using the classical theory of composite laminated material. According to the forming technology of the bimetal the equivalent laminated model is cstablished based on the finite element MSC.Marc which can describe the real case of bimetal more closely.
