摘要
目的探讨Colles骨折及保守复位中腕关节不稳的原因。方法分析82例Colles骨折中的腕部韧带损伤、舟月骨分离、腕背侧半脱位及传统方法复位固定后腕关节不稳定的遗留情况。结果骨折全部愈合。骨折早期合并腕关节不稳40例,发生率为48.8%。随诊中发现腕关节不稳37例,占45.1%。结论Colles骨折常合并腕关节不稳,保守复位及固定同时应考虑损伤韧带愈合的要求,传统复位固定较为不利,应采取中立位或轻度背伸位固定。
Objective Discuss the reasons of colles fracture with wrist instability. Methods Analyse the scophohmate dissociation, the dorsal carpal subluxation in Colles Fracture of 82 cases and late result of the wrist after traditional non- operation treatment. Results All fractures are healed.40 cases of wrist instability happened at the early stage of fracture,the rote was 48.8% .The follow- up showed the rote changed to 45.1%（37 cases）.Conclusion Treating of colles fracture with wrist instability,the heal of ligaments is important.The neutral or light dorsal flexion fixation of the wrist after reduction is better than the traditional method.
