活性炭在催化氧化三氟二氯乙烷制备三氟乙酰氯中的应用 被引量:5

Application of activated carbon in catalytic oxidation of 1,1-dichloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethane(HCFC-123) to trifluoroacetyl chloride(TFAC)

摘要 在连续流动固定床反应器上,以氧气为氧源,活性炭作为催化剂用于催化氧化三氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-123)制备三氟乙酰氯(TFAC)的反应中。考察了活性炭在反应中的催化性能,结果表明,在活性炭催化剂上,HCFC-123有较好的转化率和选择性,TFAC产率可达到71%以上。 Activated carbon was used as the catalyst for catalytic oxidation of 1,1-dichloro-2,2,2-triflu- oroethane(HCFC-123) to trifluoroacetyl chloride(TFAC) in fixed bed reactor. Activity of the activated carbon was investigated. Higher HCFC-123 conversion and selectivity to TFAC toward were obtained, with TFAC yield of over 71%.
