摘要工业企业的绿色化就是企业尽可能减少污染排放的过程,这一过程受到来自企业外部和内部的各种因素的驱动.政府、社会和市场作为外部因素,通过各自的方式向企业施加压力,促使其不断改善环境行为;当企业环境绩效的改善带来经济绩效改善时,企业对经济利益的追求则从内部驱使企业改善环境行为;而企业对绿色价值的追求和贯彻,则将成为促使企业不断改善环境行为的另一种内部动力.在对工业绿色化的各种内外驱动力深入分析的基础上,得出工业绿色化动力机制的概念模型. The only way to make environment not be destroyed by economic growth is the greening of industrial firms. This article analyzed the drives that can make the industrial firms to improve their environmental performance and pointed out that under the pressure of the deterioration of environment, government, market and society have to compel the industrial firms to reduce their contaminations and introduce new green technology and green management, meanwhile, the improve of the organizational capability of the firms which including technology, management etc. can improve relevant economic performance, this in turn can make the firms to improve their environmental performance furthermore, and is also one of the drives which effected by the firms; with the booming of the environmentalism and the enhancing of the firms＇ environmental consciousness, some firms have been made green as the base of their valve judgment and following out in their daily works, so it＇s the other interior drive. In the conclusion, the article got the concept model of motive mechanism of the greening of industrial firms.
