摘要 利用透射电子显微镜研究了猪肺炎霉形体兔化弱毒株的超微结构,并与济南强毒株进行了比较。结果表明猪肺炎霉形体兔化弱毒株主要呈圆形、椭园形,直径在20—1000nm之间;具有厚度约7nm的细胞膜;胞浆内充满颗粒状核糖体,其间散在有淡染区,淡染区内可见到丝状的核酸物质。细胞膜外有一英膜状结构,兔化弱毒株的英膜厚约12nm,在较低的放大倍数下,看上去象是细胞膜的电子致密外层,进一步放大后发现是单独存在于细胞膜外的电子致密度高的结构;济南株的荚膜厚约20nm,与细胞膜的外层之间不存在明显的电子透明区。 The ultrastructure of the lapinized strain(R-strain)of Mycoplasma hyopneumonia was studied by transmission electron microscope in comparison with the Z-strain which is pathogenic to pigs.The predomi-nant cells of the R-strain appeared round or oval with a diameter from 200 to 1000nm. The cell membrane was 7nm thick.Numerous ribosomes and fibrillar nuclear materials were observed in the cytoplasm.A layer of capsular materials was identified outside the cell membrane of M.hyopneumonia.The R-strain had a 12nm capsule thinner than that of the Z-strain which was 20nm thick.
