摘要
目的:探讨孔圣枕中丹对痴呆动物模型学习记忆障碍NMDA的作用机制。方法:建立VD大鼠模型,中药干预后,免疫组织化学法观察NMDA、NOS的表达,分光光度法检测NO含量,流式细胞技术检测细胞内钙浓度。结果:孔圣枕中丹能抑制VD大鼠脑海马神经元NMDA受体及NOS活性的升高,降低NO浓度及细胞内钙浓度。结论:孔圣枕中丹能抵抗兴奋性毒性和NO对神经元的损伤。
Objective: To debate the NMDA mechanisms of learning and memory disorder of Zhenzhong pill on VD rats. Methods :Duplicating VD animal model, using immunohistochemical method to detect NMDA and NOS expression, spectrophotometry to dectect content of NO, FCM technique to detect content's of Ca^2+. Results: Zhenzhongpill can markedly repress the expression of NMDA and NOS, reduce tile contents of NO and Ca^2+ of neuron of VD rats. Conclusion : Zhenzhong pill can antagonize damage of excitability toxicity and NO to nerve cell.
