The Methodological Research to Measure Pollution Transfer Effect of Foreign Direct Investment in China

摘要外商直接投资(简称FDI,下同)对中国的经济增长产生了重要的贡献,外资企业已经成为中国经济体系中不可缺少的部分,FDI的环境效应相应成为关注焦点。本文主要讨论如何估计FDI的转移效应。首先给出了污染转移效应的定义,其次构建了外资经济环境投入产出模型,并基于此提出转移效应的理论测度公式,最后,考虑到数据的可得性,提出了理论测度公式的两种可行估计方法。 Foreign direct investment （FDI） has been making important contribution to the economic growth of China, and foreign invested enterprises have become an indispensable part of economy system of China, so the environmental effeet of FDI has been a focus issue. The paper focuses on how to estimate the transfer effect of FDI. Firstly, the paper gives the definition of pollution transfer effect. Secondly, it constructs the environmental input-output table with an emphasis on foreign invested enterprises, and then puts forward theoretical measuring formulas .of transfer effect. Finally, considering data availability, the paper forwards two feasible methods to realize theoretical measuring formulas.
