摘要
[目的]了解目前我院医务人员的吸烟状况及对参与控烟的态度,为创造无烟医院、为有针对性地对医务人员这一专业群体进行戒烟培训,提高其控烟意识,促使其在日常工作中积极参与控烟工作,推进全社会控烟工作提供依据。[方法]采用自行设计的《吸烟状况调查表》于2005年1月对广州中医药大学第一附属医院在职医务人员进行问卷调查。[结果]总吸烟率为19.85%,男性医务人员吸烟率为53.88%,女性吸烟率为3.22%,男性医务人员吸烟率明显高于女性,尤以41岁以上(69.36%)、医生(62.34%)和高级职称(45.54%)为主。[结论]采取相应的对策,使医务人员积极参与控烟活动,并劝阻他人吸烟,推广戒烟方法,这将会降低医务人员吸烟率,推进全社会的控烟工作。
[Objective] To understand the current status of smoking in medical personnels and their attitudes toward participating in smoking control, provide basis for social smoking control through medical personnels. [ Methods] The medical professionals in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medical were investigated with questionnaires during January 2005. [ Results] The total smoking rate was 19.85%. The smoking rate in male was 53.88%. The smoking rate in female was 3.22%. Smoking rate in males was significantly higher than female, especially among the persons above forty-one years old （69.36%）. doctor （62.34%） and the ones who had senior tide of professional post （45.54%） . [ Conclusions ] We should take measures to urge medical personnels participating in the smoking control of the whole society.
