摘要
基于Pro/Engineer建立了某型号的大功率电机的实体模型和虚拟样机模型。在MSC.PATTERN/NASTRAN环境下,利用有限元方法进行了电机整机的动力学仿真、应力应变仿真和模态仿真,得到了电机两端轴承的力学状态、系统的多阶固有振动频率、振型以及应力、应变、位移等参数值,通过应变测试实验验证了仿真结果。根据仿真结果,分析了电机的危险位置和振型。结果表明现有电机的结构基本满足设计要求,同时给出了电机结构的优化方案,为同类产品的开发和改进提供了参考。
The solid model and virtual prototype model for a large power electric motor are established. Dynamic, kinematics and vibration mode analysis are completed using FEM. The analysis results of vibration mode, stress, strain and displacement by using MSC.NASTRAN are presented. The simulation is proved by experiment. Based on the simulation, the main failure form and location are pointed out. The effect of the vibration is also discussed. The result shows that the rigidity and strength meet the design requirement. In the end, an optimization structure is given and analyzed. The study in this paper is valuable for the development and design of similar motors.
