摘要
在评述国内外现有研究成果的基础上,通过正交设计方法试验研究不同激发剂种类、掺量对土聚水泥力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:水玻璃碱激发剂对土聚水泥抗压强度的影响效果最好,碱激发剂的强激发作用使土聚水泥产生较高的抗压强度;三乙醇胺对土聚水泥抗压强度的较好影响主要表现在早期,三乙醇胺作为混凝土早强剂,虽然对水泥系统的影响明显,但对本系统的影响不显著;聚丙烯酸钠对土聚水泥抗压强度的影响效果不佳,其原因可能是:大分子量的聚丙烯酸钠由于黏度过高,将偏高岭土颗粒包裹,使其无法与碱激发剂接触,影响了碱激发剂的激发效果。
According to the results of researches and tests at home and abroad, the different kinds and amounts of the activators that influenced the mechanical performance of the geopolymeric cement were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the water glass alkali activator had best effect to reinforce the compressive strength of geopolymeric cement. It was observed that the positive effect of triethanolamine on compressive strength of geopolymeric cement occurred at early stage. Triethanolamine had been proved to increase the early strength of Portland cement system, but not to increase that of geopolymeric cement. The Polypropylene with large molecular weight had no effect to enhance the compressive strength of geopolymeric cement. Probably the viscosity of the polypropylene was so high that wrapping metakaolinite grain and then separating the cement from meeting alkali activator. Therefore polypropylene counteracted the development of the compressive strength of geopolymeric cement.
