斜拉桥长平台牵索挂篮施工的调索方法研究

摘要 根据长平台牵索挂篮的受力特点,提出综合考虑挂篮和混凝土主梁受力安全的调索方法,即先根据挂篮受力要求确定调索次数与各次调索值允许范围,然后将各次调索值上下限均值代入正装计算,并根据斜拉桥主梁受力情况在上下限范围内对中间索力作适当调整,直至满足要求。通过计算所得结果作为石家庄市槐安路斜拉桥的施工控制参数,结果表明调索方法合理,可为今后同类工程借鉴。 With the structural mechanical characteristics of the long platform cradle scaffold taken into consideration, a cable tension adjusting method is suggested in the paper, which takes comprehensive account of the mechanical characteristics of both the cradle and the main concrete beam, and in which case the times of cable tensioning and the allowable scope of the interim cable forces of cable-stayed bridges are determined on the basis of the actual conditions to which cradle scaffolds are exposed at first, and then the calculations are performed according to the averages of the upper limits and lower limits and the interim cable forces used to adjust between the upper limits and the lower limits depending on the actual conditions to which concrete girders are exposed until the results are found satisfactory. The obtained results are used as control parameters for the construction of the Huai' an Avenue Stayed Cable Bridge in Shijiazhuang and it has been proved that the cable tension adjusting method is rational and may serve as a reference for similar projects.
