摘要
目的:探讨鳃裂囊肿及瘘管的临床特征、诊断及治疗,以减少误诊、误治。方法:分析26例鳃裂囊肿及瘘管的临床资料,结合文献,对诊治经验及教训进行探讨。结果:26例中有8例曾被误诊。全部病例均经手术治疗,最长随防5年,3例复发经再次手术治愈。结论:手术切除是根治鳃裂囊肿及瘘管的唯一方法。对其充分地认识和仔细检查是防止误诊,减少术后复发的关键。
Objective：To explore the clinic characteristic,diagnosis and treatment of branchial fistula and cyst to avoid the misdiagnosis and mistherapy.Method：The clinic material of 26 cases with branchial fistula and cysts were analysed.6 cases were first branchial fistulas and cysts, 17cases were second branchial fistulas and cysts.3 cases were third branchial fistulas and cysts.Result：All patients were followed up from 1 to 5 years,23 cases were cured, three cases recurred and well treaded again.Consulsion： The well understanding and detialed examination before surgical treatment are key point to avoid misdiagnosis and recurrence.
