摘要
针对含油工业废水超滤处理的超滤膜污染,研制了一种高效碱性清洗剂。分别通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定了该清洗剂的最佳配方为:表面活性剂A10%(质量百分含量,下同),表面活性剂B 10%,氢氧化钠45%,无水碳酸钠15%,磷酸三钠11%,硅酸钠9%。经工业实验表明,该清洗剂对超滤膜管的净洗率达到96.17%,对超滤装置无腐蚀性,各项指标符合国家环保要求,生产成本低。
This alkaline agent used for cleaning uhrafihration membrane fouled with oil waste water from industry was investigated. Through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, the optimal of cleaning agent was determined: surfactant A:10%, surfactant B:10%, NaOH:45%, Na2CO3:15%, Na3PO4:11%, Na2SiO3:9%. The industrial experiment showed the cleaning efficiency was 96.17%. The cleaning agent did not erode uhrafihration equipments and would meet the state environmental protection standard. The cost of its production was low and had good marketable value. The method of this experiment was very important for the research and the development of homogeneous products.
